Question: Hi, does anyone know the name of those old school chairs that are made of wood, with wooden arms and have this bumpy type cushion on the back of the chair. How to make back-up installation file of Vista updates? Question: Can anyone please tell me step by step what should I do to make a file (.exe ) of the vista updates that has been done by automatic download from window updates. Please note that I'm not asking for the back-up of the entire operating system but only the window's update. Answer: I guess you could visit Microsoft's web site and download all the individual updates then burn them to DVD or something. That sounds like a huge hassle though since there have been something like 700 patches for the OS. Not every patch is required for your particular computer so that's why Windows Update only downloads the patches relevant to your PC. I suppose the best think you can do is download service pack 2. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/service- packs If you need to reinstall the OS then you can directly update to service pack 2. It'll have a lot of security fixes but you'll still have to connect to Windows Update to get anything that was released after service pack 2. - Dominic |

I was on my feet and on the go a lot today, so I am guessing its just sore muscles, but it hurts so badly and its keeping me from getting to sleep. Inversion therapy uses gravity to pull accumulated stress in your lower back into the other direction. There is some reasonably priced equipment to be found online ($50-$80). Their designed to relieve stress on the muscles and spine. How to pop your own back: stand w/ your legs spread a little more than shoulder length apart. Lean back and hook your right inner thigh w/ your right hand and wrist. gently pull yourself at a 45 degree angle (if leaning backwards is 6:00 and sideways is 3:00, pull a little past 4:00). you should feel a "pop". repeat this on the left side. |

Hard bump on back of hand near wrist? Question: My right hand has been getting weaker in the last 6 months. Last night I woke up with a small bump (size of a dime) on the back of my hand near my wrist. It is hard and does not move and does not hurt. Any ideas?
